	A Chemist and Marketeer by profession with a first degree in Chemistry and a Master's in Marketing. After some thirty years in Brand Management, Cosmetics, Toiletries and Perfumery, latterly with Quest International, David is now employing his creative skills as a Training Consultant in fragrance development, sales and marketing. He offers specialist training in Lifestyle Orientations and Inter-Cultural Management. John Ayres
	More than 32 years in the fragrance industry, 24 of those with Givaudan UK, inform John's knowledge and experience as a Fragrance Consultant. He comes with a professional pedigree that encompasses research chemistry, fragrance creation and all aspects of fragrance development. John's expertise is underpinned by an ability to inspire creative communication and a talent for explaining the aesthetic and scientific complexities of fragrance. John is a Past President of the British Society of Perfumers and is currently Chairman of The Fragrance Foundation UK and Chairman of Judges for the Jasmine Awards for fragrance journalism. Joanna Norman
	Joanna has spent more than 20 years in the perfume industry, the majority of which was with International Flavors and Fragrances working with perfumers in all areas of fragrance development, before completing an M.Phil at the Royal College of Art. Her expertise lies in a deep understanding of the relationship between fashion and fragrance development. In her consultancy, Joanna specialises in creative fragrance development and training in fragrance and fashion.
